Designed for a contemporary look without the need for fussy brackets, our system features handrails and base rails that are pre-drilled to accept 14mm round Black Iron spindles. These rails effortlessly slot onto your existing newel posts—whether you’re updating an entire staircase or simply refreshing your landing – providing a seamless, modern finish in just a few hours.

Contemporary Black Iron Handrail and Base Rails Oak
- Handrails: Unfinished White Oak with a smooth, solid profile. For staircases, available in 1800mm, 2400mm, 3600mm, or 4200mm lengths; for landings, available in 1800mm, 2400mm, or 3600mm.
- Base Rails: Unfinished White Oak designed for both staircase and landing use. For staircases, available in 1800mm, 2400mm, 3600mm, or 4200mm lengths; for landings, available in 1800mm, 2400mm, or 3600mm.
Contemporary Black Iron Handrail and Base Rails Pine
- Handrails: Unfinished Pine offering a light, natural appearance. For both staircase and landing applications, available in 2400mm and 4200mm lengths.
- Base Rails: Unfinished Pine for a modern, minimalist look. For both staircase and landing, available in 2400mm and 4200mm lengths.
All components are engineered for core stability and are finished without grooves to create a solid, uninterrupted appearance. The pre-drilled holes allow the Black Iron spindles to be securely positioned on a bed of silicone, eliminating any potential for movement or rattle. The system is versatile enough to be used with existing timber newel posts or can be paired with our Universal Handrail Fixing Kit for a complete, contemporary transformation.
